Women’s and Moon Magic Class – woo hoo!

Women’s and Moon Magic class - an 8 week class that will take place via telephone (you will call in and there we will be!).

We will follow our cycles through 2 moon phases as we explore the power of our connection to the moon, the earth, the sun and the stars.

You will learn about the moon phases and the power of each phase as it relates to your health, well-being and connection to your personal spiritual path.

We will explore

- What the phases of the moon are and how they affect our bodies, minds, emotions and spiritual connections.

NOTE: Due to the shifts in our earth’s atmosphere and the planetary cycles in the past 20 years, the moon is affecting our emotional matrix A LOT differently and for some more chaotically than before and we will look at practices and food/herbs/homeopathy to help you manage this cycle more easily – menstruating or not.

- What a menstrual cycle is in relation to the moon (and you don’t need to be menstruating – this is important as you still connect to the moon even when you don’t menstruate)

- How we connect to our bodies, the moon and the energies of our astrological source through our cycle

- What changes in cycles can mean and how they change as we move from 35 years and beyond and how we can better connect to our true paths by listening and learning from our changes.

- We will look at yin/yang and the elements as well as the chakra energies that come up in our cycles.

- Practices for before, during and after menstrual and moon cycles depending on where you are in your life-stage (ie. The practices are slightly different when not menstruating – as are the giftsJ).

- How the moon, your cycle and your connection can be utilized to deepen your life experiences and your ability to love and be loved through honest and self-respecting connections.

To make the most of the class, with your permission, I will be running your astrology charts so I have a good idea of what you might be flowing through in the class. (If you are interested in a more in-depth chart analysis we can do that in session anytime.) Also, I would like to know your cycles ahead of time if you could chart them for this month so that I can take a look at the moon cycles to prepare for the class.

This is going to be a magical class and my hope is we can all get together when I return to celebrate a new and or full moon with ritual and reverence. The 8 week class will be 1-1.5 hours per week (depending on what we are covering - you know I like to talk ;) and the cost for the full session is $235. If all truly enjoy the class and are interested in going further, I'm going to do a level two to go deeper into shamanic feminine ritual and the moon.

*This class is appropriate for beginners and seasoned practitioners interested in connecting/ reconnecting to that deeper part of themselves.
